I firmly believe you already have the knowledge needed to
excel at your job. I firmly believe "You ARE NOT broken
so you don't need fixing. But I have found that most CEOs
have never learned how to effectively transfer what is in
their heart and mind about success INTO the hearts and minds
of those that follow you. Most CEOs "scratch their heads"
and just can't believe how their team members just don't "get
it".
A great coach doesn't tell you what to do. The coach doesn't
know and will never know enough about your play, your product,
the competition to make great recommendations. However, a
great coach can ask critical questions which always illuminate
the obstacles standing in the way of brilliant traction. The
next questions help uncover the source of what needs to be
fixed. More key questions illuminate the reason why actions
aren't being taken. Couple this with coaching mastery of how
humans operate, and countless relevant experience with hundreds
of CEOs who have faced the same issue, a coach can lead the
client to their own epiphany. A great coach can then leverage
this epiphany into a decision, backed by an action plan, driving
toward aligned execution traction.

I believe it's impossible for you to know if a coach is right

we offer a two-hour, no charge "Test Drive" coaching
session in your office. At this time we not only meet and
get to know each other, but we also do a coaching session
