We advise our clients to take two times per year to get away with the executive team.  This can be the most incredible time for a team to make major strides toward success.

During this time, usually two to three days, your team gets a valuable opportunity to break through on attitudes that are limiting, conversations that are demeaning, plans that are not working, and relationships that are broken. 

More importantly, we combine experiential exercises which are custom tailored to your team and where they are today.  This makes the "shifts" or learning, quick to adopt and permanent.  We also employ "guided metaphors" to uncover answers to challenges that seem insurmountable.

Unlike many companies in the training field who do meeting facilitation, we do not run your offsite meeting.  We help you set your course for the off-site, monitor progress, intervene when necessary, and conduct exercises that further the mission for the "weekend".  By playing this role, your team learns how to conduct their meetings by guidance and doing.  If we ran the offsite, your team would learn little.
